John David Mercer-USA TODAY Sports

Alabama football’s wide receiver, Jalen Hale provided an update on his rehab Monday with a post on X.

Hale suffered a ‘significant’ knee injury during spring practice with the Crimson Tide. He missed several weeks of practice and the Tide’s spring game as a result.

It is currently unclear when Hale will return back to the gridiron, but the former four-star is staying in good spirits.

Hale shared he was eyeing an ‘epic’ return in his latest update.

“Blessed to see another day – And to all my supporters I’m rehabilitating good – One day at a time – Don’t count me out – The return will be Epic – What God has planned nothing can stop it. Sometimes we have to go through a storm to achieve greatness,” Hale posted.

The Texas product played in 13 games last season and flashed his potential at wide receiver. He finished his freshman season with 148 receiving yards and one touchdown on five receptions.
